This store is operated by Eva WAN LLC ("Momoi", "we", "us"), Wyoming, United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change at any time before you place an order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the parts we are still verifying. Where something isn't confirmed yet, we say so on the page rather than leave it out. Photographs are representative: natural loofah varies in colour and texture from piece to piece, so no two sponges look exactly alike.

Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please don't use this site for anything unlawful, and don't interfere with how it works.
Intellectual property
The Momoi name, our written content, and our photographs belong to us. You're welcome to share them. You're not welcome to sell them or present them as your own.
Disclaimers and liability
Our products are household cleaning items, sold for ordinary domestic use. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under U.S. consumer law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
