Where we ship from

We ship from China, direct to you. No warehouse in between, which is why our prices look the way they do — and why delivery takes longer than you may be used to. We would rather tell you that up front than at checkout.

Where we ship to

United States only, for now.

How long it takes

Orders leave our factory in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes a further 15–20 days. Budget roughly 16–22 days from the moment you order to the moment it lands.

What it costs

$4.95 flat on any single pack. Free on orders of $56 and over — which, with our current pack sizes, means any two packs in any combination.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. International tracking can go quiet for several days mid-route; that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown are what you pay us. We are not able to predict every import charge that may apply, and any such charge is the recipient's responsibility.
